In addition to lots of regular Pinterest content, Ritz was an early adaptor of a new Pinterest feature that allowed images in the users news feed to animate in response to the users scrolling up and down. The images are regular looping gifs below, but in their initial form they gave the user the ability to speed up and slow down the animation themselves.
My role was to art direct the taking of the photos (along with a photographer and food stylist) and then I took the photos and animated and designed the final images.
